I specialize in working with teams in fast-paced environments dealing with a lot of change to better adapt to the confusion and uncertainty that comes with change so they can deliver quality work on time.
I work with teams in-house to solve problems more intensely and also as a consultant on a “as needed” basis analysing and designing action plans and then coaching and supporting your teams as required.

My background is technical in Telecommunications and is coupled with management, coaching and people skills.
I have more than 15 years experience working in major international telecommunications and services business and have lived in Finland, UK and Spain. I have held different roles often managing teams remotely always creating a trusting and empowering environment.
I have a natural talent to identify improvement opportunities and an eye for detail to make sure nothing is left behind during the implementation phase.
I’m also a trained Coach and I make sure all voices in the organisation are heard and taken into account for the benefit of the teams.
